Star & Stone was created with a simple idea: wellness doesn't have to be intimidating, complicated, or one-size-fits-all. We believe you should be able to walk into a studio exactly as you are and feel welcome.
Beyond the mat
Yoga is at the heart of Star & Stone, but our vision goes beyond the mat. We are creating a space where movement, mindfulness, energy work, relaxation, learning and community can all live under one roof.
You might come for a powerful flow and a good sweat. You might need an hour of quiet and stillness. Maybe you are curious about Reiki, sound healing, meditation, or a workshop you have never tried before. Maybe you just need somewhere to take a breath and hit the reset button. All of it belongs here.
