Meet the team

The people you'll practice with

Star & Stone is a small studio, and the teachers are a big part of what makes it feel like home. They teach yoga, Reiki, meditation and sound, and they all want the same thing for you: to feel welcome from the moment you walk in.

Allison, teacher at Star & Stone Studio

Meet Allison

Owner · RYT-500 · Reiki Master

Allison is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) and Reiki Master who has been practicing and teaching yoga and energy work for more than a decade. She believes wellness doesn't have to look perfect — and it certainly doesn't have to mean escaping real life. Sometimes it's simply taking a breath, getting back on your mat, quieting the noise for a little while, and giving yourself permission to take care of you.

After teaching at Chakra Power Yoga, Allison is excited to take the next step and bring her vision for a welcoming, down-to-earth wellness community to life at Star & Stone Studio. While yoga will always be at the heart of the studio, she's passionate about creating space for Reiki, meditation, sound, workshops, and other practices that help people feel more connected to themselves.

Outside the studio, Allison is a wife and mom of two and is firmly in the “real life is beautiful, chaotic, and occasionally held together by coffee” phase of life. Her days are filled with family, work, school schedules, horses, and the endless logistics that come with raising kids — and she wouldn't have it any other way.

She's also a big believer that taking care of yourself isn't selfish. It's necessary. And you don't need to be flexible, peaceful, spiritual, or have your life completely figured out to belong in a wellness studio.

Come as you are. Take a breath. Find your balance.

Diane Hallett, teacher at Star & Stone Studio

Meet Diane Hallett

200-hour YTT

Diane discovered yoga nearly 20 years ago and quickly found that the practice offered something she needed — a place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Her practice deepened over the years, eventually leading her to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Nicole Burrill and Kris Cox at Chakra Power Yoga.

Balancing a fast-paced corporate career with family and everyday life, Diane understands how valuable it is to have time to simply be present. Her classes are welcoming, grounding, and thoughtfully challenging, with a focus on mindful movement, breath, and finding balance both on and off the mat.

Diane hopes students leave her classes feeling stronger, more centered, and a little lighter than when they arrived.

Loula Belle, teacher at Star & Stone Studio

Meet Loula Belle

200-hour RYT · Reiki · Ayurveda · Sound

Loula is a holistic wellness practitioner who believes the yoga is a practice for every body. A South Shore native rooted deeply in her Greek heritage, she split most of her childhood between summers in her parents’ rural mountain village in Greece and her school year in the quiet suburbs of Milton.

Her yoga journey began in her late teens, following years of Tae Kwon Do, soccer, and strength training, when she discovered yoga as a way to cultivate both physical intensity and deeper focus. Over time, yoga became a profound source of grounding, healing, and transformation. Her personal Yoga practice ebbs and flows much like the phases of the moon. This has inspired her to explore many expressions and styles of yoga asana, meditation, breathwork and philosophy over her years as both a teacher and forever student of yoga.

Loula received her 200 hour certification through Mission Hill Yoga in 2019 and has since accumulated more than 3,000 hours of teaching experience and continued training in Creative Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Restorative, and Ayurvedic Yoga. With a background in biochemistry and cancer biology, along with training in Reiki, Ayurveda, energy work, and sound healing, she brings a unique blend of science, Eastern wisdom, and embodied practice to her teaching.

Loula creates welcoming, thoughtfully curated classes that invite students to cultivate strength and ease, connect breath with movement, and deepen awareness of the body and mind. She loves working with people from all walks of life and believes there is always a way to make the practice meaningful, accessible, and joyful. Loula brings a grounded and supportive environment for participants to explore their own inner awareness with compassion and curiosity.

Kerry Piccolo, teacher at Star & Stone Studio

Meet Kerry Piccolo

250-hour RYT

Kerry is a 250-hour RYT certified yoga instructor who grew up in the area and has always loved staying active. She discovered yoga in her 40s and connected with its holistic approach and the relationship between mind, body, and breath. She completed her 200-hour RYT certification during COVID, followed by 50 additional hours of in-person training in 2021, and has been teaching consistently ever since.

Her teaching style is approachable, encouraging, and adaptable, with experience in vinyasa, power, and restorative yoga. Kerry’s goal is to create a welcoming space where students can build strength, find balance, and connect with their practice. Her favorite pose is Half Moon: grounding and centering, yet a little unstable and free.

Jennifer DiBlasi, teacher at Star & Stone Studio

Meet Jennifer DiBlasi

200-hour YTT

Jennifer’s yoga practice began in the fall of 2015 and in the fall of 2024 she began her 200 hour teacher training with Nicole Burrill at Chakra Power Yoga. Jennifer attended her first yoga class on a whim and it was love at first practice. As a consistent practice developed, Jennifer found herself feeling steady on her feet with a more clear gaze.

She embraces energizing asanas learning to deepen poses while studying the philosophy and history of yoga. Jennifer is always excited to teach a practice that has had such a positive impact on her life. Expect a flow that is thoughtfully sequenced and taught by a cheerful personality.

Jennifer lives in Braintree with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys reading, fishing on her boat and cooking for her family.

Alexandra Diaz, teacher at Star & Stone Studio

Meet Alexandra Diaz

500-hour trained

Alexandra began practicing yoga in 2010 and was drawn to the way the practice created space for both focus and perspective. Over the years, she has explored a range of styles, but continues to feel most at home in a strong, intentional power vinyasa practice — using breath, movement, and challenge as a way to become more present.

Her classes are thoughtful, dynamic, and creatively sequenced, with space for both challenge and reflection. She encourages students to build strength, stay curious, and trust their own experience on the mat.

For Alexandra, yoga is also a practice for life — a way to navigate change, find steadiness in uncertainty, and recognize the power of a shift in perspective.

Alexandra completed her 200-hour teacher training with Nicole Burrill and Tim Kelleher in 2018 and her 300-hour teacher training with Nicole Burrill in 2021, both through Chakra Power Yoga.

Find your peace in the chaos.

How we teach

What our teachers share

Their own voice

Every teacher brings their own personality, experience and specialties to the room. No two classes on our schedule feel exactly the same, and that is on purpose.

The same goal

However they teach, our teachers share one aim: a welcoming experience where people feel supported, connected and comfortable being exactly who they are.

Options, not corrections

You will be offered variations rather than pushed into a shape. Listen to your own body and make the practice your own.

Who is teaching my class?

Every class on the schedule lists the teacher when you reserve your spot through Mindbody, so you can always see who you will be practicing with before you book.
